Tri-State Tile is the coordination and project-management side of the partnership. We help guide commercial tile and stone projects from preconstruction through completion with a focus on planning, communication, scheduling, and dependable execution throughout New York, New Jersey & Connecticut.
Preconstruction & Planning
We help define scope, review project requirements, identify coordination issues, and plan the work before installation begins.
Project Coordination
We manage communication, schedules, sequencing, and coordination between the GC, design team, vendors, and field operations.

With 47 years in the tile and stone industry, Leonard has seen the trade from every angle—from apprentice and setter to foreman, business owner, and executive.

Ryan Saftchick
Managing Partner | Director of Preconstruction
Ryan brings 20 years of hands-on industry experience together with a strong focus on estimating, preconstruction, and project strategy. At Tri State Tile, he helps lead projects from the earliest planning stages through a clear, accurate, and well-coordinated approach.

Kathleen McIntyre
Estimator & Project Manager
Kathleen McIntyre has been dedicated to the tile and stone industry since 1986, bringing nearly four decades of hands-on industry knowledge and project experience to Tri State Tile.
Beginning her career as an estimator, Kathleen moved into project management in 2001, managing major projects throughout Nevada, including Caesars Palace, Omnia Nightclub, and CityCenter.
In 2015, Kathleen joined a leading tile company as an Estimator and Project Manager, where she worked on major projects including Nassau Coliseum, UBS Arena, and JFK Airport.
Tile and stone have always been Kathleen’s passion. Her extensive experience in estimating, project management, and large-scale construction allows her to bring valuable knowledge, professionalism, and expertise to every project she oversees.
